Freight Logistics Coordinator
· Settlement for both air as well as sea Products Costs with Freight Companies · Assessing the offers and also preparing Order to designate Products Firm for gather import material in coordination with Supervisor. · Follow-up with products forwarder for delivery condition · Delivery information & notices for clearance & sales information · Freight Tracker updation & its monitoring. · Readying and selecting Messenger reservation- Comply with up · Preparing Carrier Invoice · Guaranteeing Deliveries · Preparation & comply with up Freight Order. · Freight evaluation as well as mobilization of goods · Advice make up payments on Freight POs (where credit facility is not there). · Plan of clearance of Air and Sea delivery with PRO or clearing company. · Follow-up with clearing representative till the stock reaches our storage facility · Working with Clearance of imported products & guidance accounts division on cash money need for obligation/ clearance in breakthrough. · Overall freight arrangement progression/ agreements, products input for EPMS, Projects & Production. Job Kind: Full Time, Irreversible Capacity to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to move before starting job (Needed). Education and learning:. Bachelor's (Preferred).
