Responsibilities:

  • Ability to complete assigned task with no supervision. Worked in a specific facilities maintenance trade for at least 8 years and attended a trade school or upper education. Can work as a supervisor when needed.
  • Ability to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features.
  • Etc

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 + years experience in trades associated with Facilities Maintenance - HVAC - Referigeration / Electrical / Plumbing / Carpentary.
• Minimum 2+ years GCC experience.
• Experience in a 5 star Hospitality environment.
• Pre-opening experience is an asset.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Fluent spoken English.
