Job Responsibilities: Obtain as well as serve clients, providers as well as visitors. Comply with the biosecurity protocol, prior to the entrance of any kind of interior or external person to the company. Schedule as well as work with the conferences of each Administration and every little thing that is needed to bring them out. Provide advance notice of meetings and sees to the General Supervisor. Give assistance service to Administration (schedule, conferences, presentations, etc). Job Requirements: Look for distributors, request quotes, coordinate and take care of settlements when called for by General Monitoring. Solution as well as transfer calls to any one of the locations. Receive papers (billings, costs, publications, invoices, and so on) and also guide them to the corresponding areas. Draft letters, agreements, mins, etc to clients or various other institutions by order of the General Supervisor. Collaborate and also offer assistance in any type of other administrative activity asked for by the Management.
