Kitchen Technician

ITI / Diploma with minimum 5years’ experience in Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment.

Ensures that all machines are in good working condition.

Experience in repairing, maintaining and providing technical attention to all kitchen equipment.

Experience in maintaining all mechanical, electrical and LPG Gas systems in kitchen.

Experience of preventive Maintenance of all Kitchen and LPG equipment.

Good working knowledge of hot ranges. Kettles, brazing pans, convention, ovens, mixers pass counters, Cold cabinets, dishwashers, Hot cabinet and all related equipment
