CHEF DE PARTIE

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Business Methods and also brand requirements, whilst conference worker, visitor and proprietor expectations. The Cook de Partie is liable to oversee the appointed station/ section of the electrical outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a regular, high quality item and ensure courteous, professional, efficient as well as versatile solution that supports the electrical outlet's operating concept and also Hyatt International requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years work experience as Cook de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or huge dining establishment with good standards ideally with experience in luxury global brand names. Certification in Kitchen Area Manufacturing or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive understanding of kitchen health methods as well as work-related wellness and also safety requirements will be important. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Dish Maintenance System is liked.
