Summary
You will be liable to help with the effective running of the department in accordance with Hyatt International's Business Strategies and also brand name standards, whilst meeting worker, guest, and also proprietor assumptions. The Cook is responsible to help the Pastry Chef in managing his/ her designated kitchen operation as an effective independent profit facility, ensuring optimum guest contentment, with preparation, organizing, directing, and regulating the Cooking area procedure and administration.
Certifications
Minimum 1 year work experience as Cook or 4 years as Cook de Partie in a Pastry division of hotel preferably with experience in luxury global brands. Credentials in Cooking Area Production or Management will certainly be a benefit. Comprehensive understanding of kitchen health practices as well as job-related health and security criteria will certainly be vital. Fundamental Computer Abilities in MS Office and Dish Maintenance System are chosen.
