Receptionist/ Front Office Admin
Responsibilities:
To invite site visitors by welcoming them, in individual or on the telephone answering or referring questions.
To keep continuity amongst team jobs by documenting and also connecting actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
General function obligations-- Receiving/Forwarding Phone calls, Faxes, and also E-mails, Dealing with Carriers.
General Admin-- Registering New Employee, Filing, Duplicating, Scanning, Adhere To up of Documents.
Making Consultations.
Participation-- Posting Attendance.
Keeping a Track on Team Resident Visits.
Cheque Collection/ Deposit/ Distribution.
Managing Petty Cash.
Billing Deliveries.
Keeping documents of Passports, Labor Cards, as well as Labor Dealings.
Keeping a track of Stationery Products.
Shipment between Workplaces.
Upkeep and Workplace Products.
Giving all type of Clerical assistance to the General Manager. Like
Arranging Conferences
Organizing Office Activities and Events
Keeping Archives
Managing Material
Notifying Program
Experience
3+ years of experience in handling the Function and Admin relevant tasks.
