Main Feature
Performing RMA function on damaged spares & devices, via suppliers and vendors.
Keep documents of all RMA deals for essential guarantee claims and also audits.
Extent
The RMA organizer will certainly quicken the handling as well as ordering of spares calling for the substitute of defective parts or devices at Guarantee, AMC, and Workshop clients.
Duties
Maintain spares schedule in line with the CSG needs for Warranty, AMC & Workshop customers.
Interact with Supplier & Messenger logistics on schedule and also RMA delivery timetables.
Preserve product packaging material for proper tracking & handling of spares & devices.
Make sure all RMA transactions are logged, tracked, and also intensified according to the group requirement.
Maintain Paperwork of all RMA transactions for required warranty insurance claims and Vendor/ ISO audits.
Coordinate with Team Leaders in determining changing warranty statuses of various supplier tools.
Keep track and intimate on spares that are nearing warranty expiry within RMA.
Make sure appropriate status and also recognition of spares & tools in any way times.
Maintain code of values when it come to Attitude, Behavior as well as Commitment while communicating with Vendors & Courier Solution.
Experience
4-- 5 years of experience in IT extra parts taking care of.
