General Admin-- Registering New Employee, Declaring, Copying, Scanning, Adhere To up of Files. Making Consultations. Participation-- Publishing Presence. Maintaining a Track on Staff Local Visits. Cheque Collection/ Down Payment/ Distribution. Handling Petty Cash. Billing Deliveries. Keeping documents of Passports, Labor Cards, and also Labor Contracts. Keeping a track of Stationery Supplies. Delivery in between Offices. Maintenance and also Workplace Materials. Giving all sort of Secretarial support to the General Supervisor. Like Arranging Conferences Organizing Workplace Activities and Occasions Maintaining Archives Managing Product Notifying Agenda Experience 3+ years of experience in handling the Function as well as Admin associated jobs.
