Key Function
Doing RMA function on malfunctioning spares & devices, by means of providers and also suppliers.
Maintain records of all RMA purchases for needed service warranty claims and also audits.
Scope
The RMA organizer will certainly accelerate the handling and also ordering of spares requiring the substitute of defective components or equipment at Service warranty, AMC, and also Workshop consumers.
Obligations
Preserve spares availability in line with the CSG demands for Service warranty, AMC & Workshop consumers.
Interact with Supplier & Courier logistics on availability as well as RMA distribution schedules.
Keep packaging product for correct tracking & handling of spares & tools.
Make sure all RMA transactions are logged, tracked, and intensified in accordance with the team requirement.
Preserve Documentation of all RMA deals for required warranty claims and also Supplier/ ISO audits.
Coordinate with Group Leaders in determining ever-changing guarantee statuses of various vendor devices.
Keep track and intimate on spares that are nearing guarantee expiration within RMA.
Ensure appropriate standing as well as identification of spares & devices whatsoever times.
Maintain code of values with regards to Attitude, Habits and also Loyalty while communicating with Vendors & Carrier Service.
Experience
4-- 5 years of experience in IT extra components managing.
