Problem Capturing of Electric circuits
Lug out PPM's and also participate in reactive tasks
Electric Screening of DB's and Circuitry
Altering Lights and also fixing lights circuits.
Checking of Electrical Circuits.
Regular inspections of lights & power circuits.
Problem capturing of faults in circuits.
Directing of additional light or socket factors as called for.
Logging of responsive works brought.
Difficulty shooting of faults in illumination control system/dimmers.

Requirements
Understanding, Skills & Experience
A properly recognised technical certification (ITI/Diploma etc.).
Has deep understanding of engineering methods
Functional experience is crucial.
GCC FM Experience Necessity (Minutes of 3 Years).
Good communication abilities in English and also languages from the Eastern Sub-Continent is better.
Capability to utilise CAFM Equipments as well as mobile application.
