COLLECTIONS OFFICER
Hiring a collections policeman for Abu Dhabi. Secret Responsibilities: Daily/monthly obtain alloted consumers to wage collection. Check and validate payments status of the allocated consumers on the system. Execute introduction phone calls, send e-mails to the assigned customers. Regularly remind clients of a settlements due/overdue. Influence, bargain and also persuade consumers to pay the outstanding payments. Adhere to up with customers for the settlements transfer copy, cheque etc . Daily upgrade consolidated collection master documents with a progression of collection. Set up meetings with customers to assist with their questions, problems, requests, for settlements collection. Adhere to up with team leader for price cut authorization for the clients. Coordinate with customer care manager as well as cashier to handover payment receipts, transfers Attend a day-to-day conference with team leader to review collection progression, issues. Trick Needs: Bachelor level holder. 2 to 4 years of experience as collections police officer. Customer care orientation & dispute management skills. Exceptional communication & solid interpersonal abilities. Need to have working knowledge with ERP, CRM systems. Capability to convince, influence and also discuss efficiently.
