Identify priority ability needs & create customized solutions
Developing the annual capacity development program
Recognize, Manage & Deal With External Partners to deliver trainings
Handle Administration & Logistics of Planned Training Procedure & Workshops
Establishing Ideal Practices & Ensuring Implementation across regions
Make certain new joiners go through a through induction strategy according to their functions & responsibilities
Monitor & assess the development of all trainings, maintain specific training logs for resources
Web content Growth i.e. Presentation, Brochures, & Trainers Overview

Work experience demand
