Greet as well as welcome guests as quickly as they reach the office Answer, screen and onward inbound call Make certain function area is tidy and nice, with all necessary stationery as well as product (e.g. pens, forms and also etc.). Give standard and precise information in-person and also through phone/email. Obtain, kind and also distribute everyday mail/deliveries. Perform other clerical receptionist tasks such as declaring, copying, recording and also faxing. Prospect having bachelor level. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. Having great communication skill in English. Job Type: Full-time. Income: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 each month. Experience:. assistant: 1 year (Preferred). Application Deadline: 11/09/2022.
