Key Obligations: 1. Coordinate and control daily operation of the jobsite under direction from the line supervisor. 2. Perform set up upkeep as well as repair service works of all Design Providers like stonework, woodworking, paint, roofing and infrastructure services within the appointed operational area. 3. Prepare day-to-day job allowances for the facilities group, prepare record for Handyman Solution/ PPM and progression recap report as needed to line manager. 4. Organize required components/ products and also organize to provide to worksite on time. 5. Provide hands-on support for any type of significant rectification functions as required. 6. Ensures that the created daily ticket complaints are actioned promptly as well as to send to line manager for information/ verification and further entry to Administration. 7.
