1. Coordinate as well as control everyday procedure of the workshop or jobsite under instruction from the line manager. 2. Implement scheduled upkeep and repair service works of all Engineering Providers including MEP, masonry, carpentry, paint, roof covering and also framework solutions within the appointed functional area. 3. Prepare everyday job allocations for the reporting team and also sent out to Workflow on previous day for next day's scheduling. 4. Arrange needed parts/ materials as well as prepare to deliver to worksite promptly. 5. Offer hands-on assistance for significant correction functions when required. 6. Total daily tickets and send to Designer's for verification and also approval as required. 7. Submit day's progress recap report to line manager. 8. Send real everyday time allowance sheets of reporting team to procedures. 9. Prepare cost estimates for variant works when required for handyman solution and also gather the cash money and also upgrade reports of costs/ ticket to Money Dept. 10.
