Administrative Assistant (Investment Migration support)
The selected candidate will be initially assisting the team with administration duties while receiving mentoring on the
processes and documents required with regards to the different residency and citizenship regulations and timelines
involved. Such individual is expected to gain confidence and understanding and eventually will have a portfolio of
clients to manage and build a lasting relationship with. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to
shadow senior colleagues and gain experience within the team.
Responsibilities:
Being in charge of the administrative support in the investment migration department;
Having full ownership and give full support to the team for all the administration duties;
Coordinating couriers with reception, making sure that the documents are sent and received on time;
Keeping online and physical files up to date;
Assisting in preparation of applications;
Assisting the team in Compliance files as part of the Sales Process;
Assisting in Performing Annual Compliance folders when required;
Participating in client meetings as and when required;
Learning and eventually taking over the Ordinary Residence Application forms;
Learning and assisting with the work permit application process.
Requirements:
A minimum O’ Level standard of education
Previous experience in an Administrative role
Any experience in the field of work permit applications or residency programmes would be considered an asset;
A 5-star customer service attitude, ready to work with different clients and surpass their expectations;
Willingness to learn from other team members and grasp what is being explained and asked of them;
Excellent ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written;
A proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal departments ensuring
lines of communication remain open;
Ability to work as part of a team, assisting others where necessary to ensure all deadlines are met;
Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision;
Ability to prioritise between different clients and deadlines according to urgency and ability to multi-task;
Must be well organised and have an eye for detail.
