Business Development Executive
As a Business Acquisitions Executive, it will be your primary role to promote and sell the services of the company to new domestic and international clients. You will be expected to gain new business from new clients, maintain an active and robust pipeline, and continuously meet your sales targets and KPIs.
JOB DESCRIPTION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / TASKS : (List only the key deliverables, starting with the most important accountability)
Lead and be accountable for the success of commercial project with shipping line or airline.
Generate leads: Identify new business opportunities and new prospects for the company by researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Cold call: Make regular and multiple outbound calls and impromptu visits to potential clients.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities to track new prospects.
Sell J&T Express products/services by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending solutions to new prospects.
Maintain a rich, active and healthy pipeline that contains new opportunities and new prospects around the clock.
Follow up on deals in your pipeline and work closely with your prospects and clients to close them.
Prepare and send proposals to prospects and clients.
Engage in face-to-face meetings with newly acquired clients. Have a monthly visitation plan in place that includes both existing clients and prospects.
Interact with clients positively to resolve any complaints or conflict that may arise during the acquisition and onboarding process.
Meet your individual KPIs and targets set by management.
Any other projects/Tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.

Good Experience in sales, outbound call center, inside sales experience, hospitality, or any customer facing position
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to present ideas and concepts to clients in a clear and easy to understand manner.
Must have excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Fluent English, both written & spoken.
Chinese Speaker is required as well
SALARY :
5,000 – 10,000 AED – (Negotiable) – JUNIOR LEVEL
10,000 – 12,000 AED – (Negotiable) – SENIOR LEVEL
