French speaking Customer Support Agent
Our client, fast-growing and innovative service provider with Headquarters in Cyprus and a representative office in Cyprus, is seeking to hire a Customer Support Team Leader Native French to lead and direct a team of CS agents.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a strong and motivated team to achieve set/agreed targets whilst maintaining quality standards.
- Recruit new team members, ensuring a dynamic and high-performing team is maintained.
- Scheduling the team to ensure that adequate resource is in place to cover business needs.
- Ensure team members understand how to meet performance expectations and provide ongoing support.
- Identify training needs within the team.
- Measuring and assessing quality in line with individual and team KPI’s.
- Motivating team members and ensuring a positive and enjoyable working environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English.
- You have experience as a Team leader in the Online Gaming industry or from a call center - a must have
- Malta-based or willing to relocate
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Tech-savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
