French speaking Customer Support Agent vacancy in Limassol Cyprus

Our client, fast-growing and innovative service provider with Headquarters in Cyprus and a representative office in Cyprus, is seeking to hire a Customer Support Team Leader Native French to lead and direct a team of CS agents.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a strong and motivated team to achieve set/agreed targets whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Recruit new team members, ensuring a dynamic and high-performing team is maintained.
• Scheduling the team to ensure that adequate resource is in place to cover business needs.
• Ensure team members understand how to meet performance expectations and provide ongoing support.
• Identify training needs within the team.
• Measuring and assessing quality in line with individual and team KPI’s.
• Motivating team members and ensuring a positive and enjoyable working environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English.
• You have experience as a Team leader in the Online Gaming industry or from a call center - a must have
• Malta-based or willing to relocate
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Tech-savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
