French speaking Customer Support Agent
Our Client, a fast growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure, is seeking to hire French speakers to assist clients in a daily basis via chat and email.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers via live chat and emails
- Document and delegate bugs and other issues
- Troubleshoot new issues directly with our customers
- Interact with various departments (VIP, Marketing, and other) to improve customer experience
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Assist with any other ad-hoc projects within the Department
Requirements:
- Native/ Fluent in French Language
- Experience or Understanding of the financial services and/or online sector will be considered as advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly and concise in English
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Showing empathy and understanding and attentiveness
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work in shifts (9h00 – 17h30, 12h30 – 21h00, 14h45 – 23h00)
