Operations Executive
-Knowledge of Marine delivery lines logistics procedures as well as papers
- Validating draft files from Supplier/Shipping lines and also forwarding exact same to customer for approval
- Making timely comply with ups and sending out mails to clients for advising them for advancement repayment, equilibrium payment and also confirmation of documents
- Updating and also keeping Firm's stand out sheets and also trackers for prompt usage of informaiton such as vessel monitoring( ETA/ETD),.
- Reacting to E-mails addressing client's inquiry, updating them regarding their order standing as well as inspecting files.
- Prep work of files such as Proforma billing, Business Records for Balance settlement, Acquisition order to suppliers, Letter of Debt submission files, and so on- Scheduling Messenger (DHL & FED Ex-spouse) for sending out records and also sharing tracking number for appropriate receiver.
- Making Daily/Weekly records on standing of orders, recognizing as well as taking fast action on immediate situations.
- Exposuring to supplier/forwarders for gathering timetables as well as dates such as shipment routine, Vessel delay query, Freight costs malfunction.
- Conserving and also updating Products invoices and also matching with Statments of Accounts at month end provided from Products forwarder.
- Issuing Insurance coverage of shipments and also maintaining documents in trackers as well as folders and also examining Statments of Accounts for Repayment.
- Printing and scanning documents for recordkeeping objectives.
- Getting in touch with Financial institution concerning funds relevant problems, Letter of Credit Rating Entry.
- Getting in touch with Delivery lines for Expense of lading or delivery relevant task such as Bill of Lading Switch over, asking for Telex Launch or Seaway Costs.
- Co-ordinating Cargo filling activity by being the middle call individual between Supplier and also Products Forwarder, providing prompt and accurate information between both celebrations for smooth filling.
- Handling clients in case of backups such as late deliveries, postponed paperworks and so on.
Job Type: Full Time.
Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month.
