Secret Duties: 1. Coordinate and control daily procedure of the jobsite under instruction from the line supervisor. 2. Implement scheduled repair and maintenance works of all Design Solutions like stonework, carpentry, painting, roofing and framework solutions within the designated functional location. 3. Prepare day-to-day job allotments for the facilities group, prepare report for Handyman Service/ PPM and progression recap record as called for to line manager. 4. Arrange required parts/ materials as well as organize to provide to worksite on time. 5. Supply hands-on assistance for any type of major rectification works as called for. 6. Makes certain that the created day-to-day ticket issues are actioned in a timely manner as well as to submit to line manager for info/ verification and additional submission to Administration. 7.
