1. Coordinate and also control day to day procedure of the workshop or jobsite under direction from the line manager. 2. Perform set up repair and maintenance works of all Engineering Solutions including MEP, stonework, woodworking, paint, roof covering and also infrastructure solutions within the assigned operational area. 3. Prepare everyday job allocations for the reporting group and also sent out to Procedures on previous day for following day's organizing. 4. Arrange called for components/ products and set up to provide to worksite on time. 5. Offer hands-on assistance for major correction works when called for. 6. Total daily tickets and send to Engineer's for verification as well as authorization as required. 7. Send day's progression summary report to line manager. 8. Submit real everyday time allocation sheets of reporting team to operations. 9. Prepare cost quotes for variation functions when needed for handyman service and also accumulate the money as well as update records of costs/ ticket to Money Dept. 10.
