Job Description Knowledgeable and also skilled in the area of Facilities Upkeep/ technical solutions. Typical knowledge in Electric, Air Conditioning Repair & Maintenance, Pipes, Woodworking & Paint Works. (All rounded HandyMan). - Capability to fix as well as do systematic method to a breakdown of Electrical Tools/ A/c or to any kind of domino effect of such upkeep concerns. - Will be willing to work daily made up overtime if needed and under such indoor or outside work. - Preferably with a diploma or certificate in any type of relevant field/course. - Fundamental Knowledge and Communications are needed. - 2-3yrs experience with a valid driving certificate needed.
