Role Objective: To provide clerical assistance to the Commercial department by organizing the data, records and reports and also keeping strong adhere to up. At the same time preserving great specialist connections with the providers. Obligations 1. Delivery follow-up with suppliers according to orders shipping day. 2. Getting confirmation from supplier after providing Purchase Order with expected distribution time. 3. To do a courtesy follow-up with the provider prior to one week from the expected shipment date as well as ensure the shipment is refined according to the agreed timelines. 4. If the delivery is meant to be moving through our forwarder, after that to take the weight and dimension of delivery in order to choose and also choose appropriate forwarder and setting of delivery (either Carrier or Air-freight or Sea-freight). 5. After settling delivery mode and forwarder, follow-up with concern forwarder and ensure that shipment gets here on schedule at the port. 6. Throughout this moment to see to it in getting the initial delivery records either straight from the distributor or via the nominated forwarder. 7.
