Summary of Position:
9PM - 4AM
Clean and also tidy tableware, pots, pans as well as cooking equipment. Keep the dishroom as well as tools tidy
and organized.
Obligations & Responsibilities:
Tons, run and discharge recipe machine.
Keep the meal equipment tidy as well as report any type of useful or mechanical issues instantly.
Display meal device water temperature to ensure hygienic clean cycle.
Wash and also store all tableware and kitchenware.
Maintain dishroom clean as well as arranged.
Preserve appropriate levels of tidy tableware for eating area and kitchen area.
Bag as well as haul dishroom garbage to dumpster at created times.
Deal with tableware thoroughly to avoid breakage as well as loss.
Preserve adequate degrees of recipe cleaning agents and cleansing materials.
Tidy cooking and production locations as called for.
Be readily available to complete as required to ensure the smooth as well as efficient procedure of the restaurant as
guided by the dining establishment manager or prompt manager.
Certifications:
No previous dining establishment experience called for.
Have the ability to operate in warm, damp, moist and also loud atmosphere for lengthy periods of time.
