Looking for expert, energised and self-motivated exec assistant with excellent communication and also management skills. Key Obligations: - Managing conferences calendar Answering and forwarding phone inquiries Screening e-mail interaction, replying to e-mails as appropriate Coordinating itinerary Publishing reports, programs, and other materials for meetings Taking mins at meetings and distributing formal copies to the guests later Proofreading and editing papers Keeping organized and accurate documents, making updates to databases Handling information as well as info discretion Various other responsibilities as designated Needs: - Bachelors Level in a relevant subject Previous experience of collaborating with senior management Excellent skills in MS Workplace and also PowerPoint 5 to 10 years experience for functioning with senior administration as exec assistant or assistant Arabic and also English fluency is necessary This role is just open for Saudi nationals Job Types: Permanent, Long-term Salary: 1.00 - 2.00 each month Show much more
