DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and evaluate the progress of representatives’ online education
  • Review the quality & accuracy of German translated e-courses
  • Provide translation support in regards of training materials (English to German)
  • Check the accuracy of sales representatives’ assignments in our CRM system
  • Plan out coaching sessions with sales agents to improve their quality of work delivery
  • Review continuously sales agents' KPIs performance & develop an effective training strategy based on their results
  • Report on progress & issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of higher education is essential
  • Native/fluent in German and English, both oral and written
  • Previous experience in sales and/or corporate training
  • Full working proficiency with MS Office package, specifically PowerPoint
  • Great understanding of financial trading will be considered as a strong advantage.
