Coordinates the emergency discharge of visitors in case of fire, bomb threats as well as other emergency situation scenarios. Makes certain criteria & residence policies are kept during shift in all locations Assists as needed in resort departments e.g. food & beverage, house cleaning, switchboard, G.S.A. Keeps a logbook of all occurrences, complaints etc for the attention of executive committee & G.M. Assists visitors with guestroom troubles. Screens lobby & guest passage activity, as well as cleanliness.
