DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with sales agents in order to increase up & cross sells opportunities
- Make appropriate and effective recommendations for our clients which aligns with their business objectives as well as IT initiatives using your solution selling technique and expertise insights of the industry
- Provide our clients with expert technical presentations insights tailored to their needs
- Maximise strategic technical decision making by offering them opportunities to improve their use of cloud technology
- Leverage our company's competitive advantage by highlighting successfully offerings and solutions tailored to the needs and experience of each of our clients
- Thoroughly review, assess and implement requirements & pricing calculations when necessary in order for our client to get an accurate preview of potential costs for our services
- Offer compelling technical presentations and business solutions to our clients by means of digital video conference (Teams/Skype for Business)
- Provide short and accurate technical feasibility evaluations as well as deliver successfully on solution proposals
- Raise your knowledge levels to become an expert of our Cloud offerings & use efficiently all training resources
- Act as the main focal point for any technical related matter for the SMB Vendor Tele team & with potential clients
- Deliver both group and one-on-one trainings across our centre
- Go above and beyond set KPIs for reaching net-new revenue & sales pipeline as well as operational metrics on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Keep up-to-date with all latest developments in cloud solutions and pricing for both our clients and our competitors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Japanese & English, both verbal and written
- Holder of a post-graduate degree or related work experience in computer science, mathematics or engineering is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or business development experience within the IT/Cloud industry will be considered as a strong advantage
- In-depth knowledge and ability to explain clearly key end-user scenarios as well as technical architecture for productivity & communications solutions needed for our clients
- Expertise with identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance as well as a good understanding of which role they play within cloud and hybrid solutions is a plus
- Sound understanding of cloud deployment & adoption planning
- Demonstrated ability with cloud-based productivity, collaboration & communications solution designs as well as migrations and management of technology
- A genuine interest and understanding for cloud technologies, business drivers & new computing trends
- Self-motivated personality with ability to perform successfully and to take initiatives such as independently grow your technical knowledge
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and an ability to thrive in interacting with clients
- Strong analytical skills to break complex technical information into a more accessible format and to highlight potential successful business outcomes for our partners
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, friendly and team-spirit environment.
