Procurement Engineer
Liaising with Job Coordinators/Planning Engineers/Site Engineers/Stores for Products, tools's on day-to-day basis. Accountable to acquire quotes for materials & equipments from various vendors. To bargain terms with suppliers and also involve them for long-term mutually helpful service connection. Control with vendors for delivery of materials/goods on schedule. Confirming Acquisition orders, Getting LPO & liaison with Money for getting rid of Funds. Acquiring Feedback from stores on invoice & quality of materials/equipment. Mobilizing & de-mobilizing websites. Helping Building and construction Supervisor in monitoring operational price, preparing stats & budget plan variations etc. Tracking website product consumption. Need Planning for each category. Go into and checking the data in computerized system. Setting up Products for assessment & qualification objectives. Taking care of vendor files/records. Routine marketing research as well as bring out regular supplier scores. Responsible to prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports and also send to all concerned celebrations. Other obligations as maybe designated once in a while. Key Demands: Bachelor's degree is preferred Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the GCC region consisting of UAE Experience in Building and construction market will be of benefit Tested experience in purchase/ supply chain for jobs Tried and tested experience in bargaining as well as taking care of medium to high worth agreements Good understanding of calculated, technological, lawful, financing, tax, and industrial issues Analytical skills including capability to refine large volume of information right into beneficial details Verified social, influencing & stakeholder management ability Must be computer system literate consisting of innovative Excel skills Preferred: International work experience in multicultural environment and certification from professional bodies.
