Duty based and also soft abilities training distribution for all verticals within Residence r Us. Conduct the training requires analysis for all verticals throughout Residence r Us. Partner, liaise & coordinate with inner stakeholders (service & division heads & supervisors), vendors and also outside clients|consumers. Draw up the annual training plan|calendar for all verticals (Retail, Storage Facility & Workplace). Help in development of e-learning training for the division. Keep and update training database( s) and also trackers. Make sure completion of training reports & comments summary in a prompt fashion. Assess participant performance as well as progression (space Analysis). Analyse the training Influence for modules conducted (Kirkpatrick Design). Actively seek present training approaches as well as ideal practices to help with training staff members. Assist in training projects appointed to the department by various features. Aid and also support the team for all human resources Jobs and also projects, when required. Expertise, Skills & Competencies Required. 3 -5 years of Item Training experience in the same or associated field. Bachelor's Level (minimum). Proficiency in MS Office (Word|Excel|PPT|Visio), video clip editing and enhancing, e-learning & material production systems. Knowledge of the training cycle, training approaches, training design as well as discovering monitoring systems. Valid UAE driving permit.
