Qualification: Chemical Designer Experience: Firefighting ABC POWDER 2 to 4 years of experience in developing of firefighting foam concentrate-- Synthetic (fluorine complimentary), fluorinated foam and also protein based foam concentrate. Have to have excellent Understanding of raw products and sources. Mutual understanding of the fundamentals of chemical design including, Surface area stress, Movie development, product as well as fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics as well as blending sensations. Capable to determine new approaches of producing chemicals as well as creating the process. Capable to prepare MSDS as well as technological datasheet of the foam focuses. Need to be able to performed lab tests to identify structure of items according to national, global and ISO top quality requirement. Need to have experience to determine pH worth, Thickness, Sediment, Expansion proportion, Drain time of foam focuses. Strong expertise on UL 162, UL 139, EN 1568 and ICAO foam concentrate screening needs and ISO 17025. Solid expertise on compatibility of Foam Focuses. Great communication skills, capable to go to client conferences.
