Qualification: Chemical Engineer Experience: Firefighting ABC POWDER 2 to 4 years of experience in establishing of firefighting foam concentrate-- Synthetic (fluorine totally free), fluorinated foam and healthy protein based foam concentrate. Must have good Understanding of raw materials and resources. Mutual understanding of the fundamentals of chemical design including, Surface tension, Movie formation, material and also liquid dynamics, warm transfer, thermodynamics and also blending phenomena. Qualified to recognize brand-new methods of manufacturing chemicals and also producing the process. Capable to prepare MSDS and technical datasheet of the foam focuses. Must be able to carried out lab examinations to determine structure of items according to national, global and ISO top quality criterion. Have to have experience to gauge pH value, Thickness, Sediment, Development proportion, Drainage time of foam focuses. Solid understanding on UL 162, UL 139, EN 1568 and ICAO foam concentrate screening needs and ISO 17025. Strong expertise on compatibility of Foam Concentrates. Good communication abilities, capable to participate in client conferences. Exceptional dental interaction and technological writing skills, with the capacity to establish as well as existing concepts as well as lead to dental and also written type.
