Restaurant Manager
Ø Looks after all treatments within the restaurant
Ø Maintaining running budgets & make sure expenditures are maintained with in check
Ø Setup optimal requirements
Ø Action efficiency evaluations and training of personnel
Ø Conducting instructions
Ø Assisting guests with questions & grievances
Ø Reducing costs
Ø Planning food events to improve sales
Ø Readying reports for usage by leading level management
Ø Developing consumer relations & obtaining comments concerning the electrical outlets
Ø Sales phone calls
Ø Training Associates
Ø In charge of smooth & disciplined performance of the electrical outlet
Ø Conducting personnel meeting once a month
Ø Make sure regular monthly supplies of alcohol, bed linen & stewarding products.
Ø Supervisor's report to be submitted on of each month.
Ø Alcohol declaration to be sent on of on a monthly basis.
Ø Surveillance of T.B.E.M procedures.
Allowing and adherence of the principles as well as work methods described under HACCP System in the division viz., Food Security, Health and also Cleanliness, Health, Storage and so on as applicable to the area of your workplace.
