Ø Oversees all procedures within the restaurant Ø Keeping running budgets & guarantee expenses are maintained with in check Ø Setting optimal standards Ø Action efficiency evaluations and also training of staff Ø Doing instructions Ø Assisting guests with questions & issues Ø Lowering costs Ø Planning food events to increase sales Ø Preparing reports for use by top level monitoring Ø Developing client relations & obtaining feedback about the electrical outlets Ø Sales calls Ø Training Associates Ø Liable for smooth & disciplined performance of the electrical outlet Ø Carrying out personnel conference as soon as a month Ø Ensure monthly supplies of alcohol, bed linen & stewarding products.
