Ø Oversees all procedures within the restaurant
Ø Keeping running budgets & guarantee expenses are maintained with in check
Ø Setting optimal standards
Ø Action efficiency evaluations and also training of staff
Ø Doing instructions
Ø Assisting guests with questions & issues
Ø Lowering costs
Ø Planning food events to increase sales
Ø Preparing reports for use by top level monitoring
Ø Developing client relations & obtaining feedback about the electrical outlets
Ø Sales calls
Ø Training Associates
Ø Liable for smooth & disciplined performance of the electrical outlet
Ø Carrying out personnel conference as soon as a month
Ø Ensure monthly supplies of alcohol, bed linen & stewarding products.
Ø Manager's report to be sent on of monthly.
Ø Liquor statement to be sent on of monthly.
Ø Tracking of T.B.E.M processes.
Enabling and adherence of the concepts as well as work practices outlined under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation, Health, Storage and so on as relevant to the location of your work environment.
