Spa Receptionist
Willing to relocate to Qatar
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about the spa’s services, products, promotions, and scheduling
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a tour of the facilities, explaining the different services offered and answering any questions they may have
- Schedule appointments for guests, ensuring that they are booked for the correct services at the most convenient times
- Check guests in and out of their appointments, keeping track of their service history and preferences
- Process payments for services rendered, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times, stocking it with brochures, magazines, and other materials as needed
- Assist the Spa Manager with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, ordering supplies, and maintaining records
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and tactful manner, escalating them to the Spa Manager as necessary
- Promote the sale of spa products and services to guests, upselling when appropriate
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience in a luxury setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Willing to relocate to Qatar
- Excellent Communication written and oral in english.
