Ø Liable for smooth & regimented functioning of the outlet
Ø Carrying out personnel conference when a month
Ø Ensure monthly inventories of liquor, linen & stewarding materials.
Ø Supervisor's record to be sent on of every month.
Ø Liquor declaration to be sent on of on a monthly basis.
Ø Surveillance of T.B.E.M processes.
