Summary: Electrical/ Automation task Designer in charge of all aspects of defining, installation, execution, setting up, testing & appointing of Electric, instrumentation & Automation systems. Duties: · Manage 20 - 30 individuals with responsibility for task implementation, continual renovation, development & prices. · Schedule conference with the client/ Subcontractors/ supervisors, supervisor to discuss projects status/issues & various other related issues. · In charge of the day-to-day running of the job schedule. · Prep work of price quotes, technique declaration, and also workforce requirements for the project change/variation orders. · Review job routine consisting of manpower planning along with for enough as well as adequate sources such as materials, Devices for the project & make modifications/ alteration, if called for to achieve timely shipment of the projects. · Assistance Task Supervisor for all technical facets of the job · Checking, verifying, and assessing documentations & illustrations such as Style Specifications, SLD, P&ID s, System Design, Cable television schedule, IO list, Tool Index, Control viewpoint, trigger & result. · Develop/Review BOM for Electric/ Control Systems. · Confirm cabinet construct & Perform Internal screening & Perform SAT at consumer area · Perform the loop checking, pre-commissioning, appointing & Startup tasks. · Working knowledge on Rockwell/ Siemens PLC as well as SCADA Equipments. · Working understanding on Setup/Configure/Calibrate Area Instruments. Certifications: · Installation experience for all type of electric, Automation & instrumentation tools at various Industries such as power generation, Water & wastewater. · Electrical and Automation Design, with 2-3 years of experience Preferred. · EPLAN as well as AUTCAD knowledge is an and also. · LV-Low Voltage electrical knowledge.
