Prep work as well as growth of Welding Procedures. Qualifying new WPS as well as PQRs. Qualifying Welders as well as welding drivers. Calibration of Welding machines/Electrodes as well as flux baking oven. Prep work, Entry and also approval of WPS, PQR, Weld Maps and so on. Maintaining connection of welders. PRIMARY TASKS. In charge of Preparation of WPS, PQR, Repair work procedure entry and authorization from Client and TPI. In charge of development of new Welding treatment. Liable for maintaining continuity of welders. To Guarantee that correct welding procedures are complied with. To provide remedies to welding associated issues like repair work etc .
