Seeking to work with an experienced private cook for VIP couples in Dubai Hills. Have to have experience operating in a hotel or dining establishment as a cook/chef have to know how to prepare beautiful well balanced meals (expertise in calorie count). - Highest level of health in food & maintaining cooking area constantly tidy - Excellent in bread using (tandoor, block stove, normal oven). - Knowledge in Napoliatana Pizza. - Knowledge in mediterianian, arabic, italian cuisine. - once a week food selection planning. - knowledge in food discussion & table setting. working hrs are 6 days a week (3 meals a day).
