Chef vacancy in Doha Qatar

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Managing and training if neccessary
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

To land a job as a Chef de Partie you will need:

HACCP training preferred
Willingness to relocate to Qatar (Placement is in Qatar)
Minimum 2 years relevant experiences
Have experience with Japanese cuisine is a MUST
Awareness of manual handling techniques
All section experiences
Excellent level of English spoken and written
