Chef vacancy in Doha Qatar

Requirements:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
• Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Assisting with the management of health and safety
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Managing and training if neccessary
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

To land a job as a Chef de Partie you will need:

• HACCP training preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar (Placement is in Qatar)
• Minimum 2 years relevant experiences
• Have experience with Japanese cuisine is a MUST
• Awareness of manual handling techniques
• All section experiences
• Excellent level of English spoken and written
