We are working with a Personal Cook (Executive Chef) for an Exclusive Suite in Dubai. We are looking for a Candidate that will be hands on helping a Dubai family members. The position will involve taking a trip. Prospects must have minimum 7 years experience in Fine Eating or high-end resort in the GCC or in Europe and also European Qualification. Function is for instant start. Salary AED 25,000 Accommodation will be provided Executive Chef Requirements: 2+ years of culinary education. 7+ years of experience in a similar placement. Advanced knowledge of food specialist principles and methods. Skilled understanding of human resources monitoring. Superb understanding of purchasing and stock. Superb communication abilities. Ability to meet due dates. Available to function on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekend breaks, as well as on public holidays.
