Workplace Responsibilities:
-Easy operation when servicing machine tools on production lines.
-Laying blanks and other elements that
participate in the production process.
-Cleaning of the elements involved in the production process.
-Filling the cavities in the boards with appropriate materials.

• Packing finished products in boxes.
  -Preparing the product for shipment.

• Reception of finished products to the warehouse.

Each workshop is a separate production line
Work on woodworking machines of various sizes. The employee works at the same workplace all the time
Raw materials department (only men). automated stations, work at these stations is based on machine control or tree marking. Employees are given several sets of clothes, incl. warm, and employees have breaks every 2-4 hours, (in addition to standard breaks).
Department W1: cutting of raw materials (automatic line). Here the cut raw materials are sorted and sent for drying.
Department 3/1; 3/2; 3/3, 3/4:
Cut, sorted raw materials go to these departments, the duties of the employees of these departments include:
Milling, sorting, varnishing, quality control. Here you need to make less physical effort, but the work requires diligence, attention and concentration.
Department 5/2:
Making the top layer for boards: cleaning and milling.
Finished products warehouse:
The work consists in packing and preparing ready-made products for shipment. During shipment, periodic lifting of boxes is possible.
Payment:
Production workers - PLN 16.65/hour net (the rate is indicated with the deduction of tax).

Rates for young people under 26 years of age with student status - PLN 19.7. net
Our company will help you enroll in an online course in 2 specialties, which will make it possible to receive a student's rate:

• teacher's assistant

• assistant medical worker
  Employees who started the course from 01-06 will move to the highest rate from 01-07 (and further, respectively). Physical presence is not required. PLN 200 will be deducted monthly from the employee's salary.

Working hours: It depends on the department in which the employees work:

• 10-12 hour shifts Monday through Saturday. Minimum 240 hours/month
  Award "100 days without incident" in the amount of PLN 100.
  Living conditions - 2-4 people in a room, mostly apartments with all amenities, everything you need for life and recreation. Married couples live separately. There are many shops nearby. Bring crockery and linens with you.
  Accommodation is free. Surcharge for own accommodation PLN 300 net.

The company provides work clothes free of charge.
