Retail Salesperson vacancy in Dubai UAE

Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elfie, Accessories and other accessories
Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling

REQUIREMENTS

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers.
Location: - Anywhere in UAE
Age: less than 29
Flexible for any location (UAE)
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Language: - Preferable Arabic speaking
Fresher or Experienced working with customer support
Positive attitude
