Job Summary

We are a leading accounting firm based in Doha, Qatar and we are looking for an experienced and talented Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for all accounting tasks including maintaining financial records, preparing reports and preparing and analyzing financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records
• Prepare reports on financial performance
• Analyse financial data and advise on decision making
• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare and present financial statements
• Maintain compliance with statutory obligations
• Develop financial solutions
• Liaise with auditors

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA or ACCA
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of numeracy
• Well organized and proactive
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
