This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and lead a professional kitchen crew in creating unique and unique catering experiences. As Executive Chef you will take total ownership of creating and developing the menu.

The successful applicant must have solid experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and fantastic organizational skills. We also require strong experience and knowledge of accommodation, health and safety regulations.
