We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join the culinary team of an esteemed hotel in Dubai.

We are offering a competitive salary of AED 1100 per month and are willing to consider foreign applicants.

As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall culinary operations of the hotel. You will lead and manage a team of highly trained chefs and cooperate closely with the hotel’s managers and trade suppliers. You will devise and implement creative strategies to ensure the highest level of quality in all meals and menus, with an emphasis on using fresh, local ingredients.

You must have a proven track record in the culinary industry, preferably at an international level. Expert knowledge of a wide range of cooking methods and techniques is essential, as is excellent planning and organisational skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are also key in order to lead and inspire your team.
