We are looking for a passionate, customer-service oriented Barista for our store in Doha.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in specialty coffee and tea, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are prepared to consider candidates with a minimum of work experience.

This position offers a base salary of 1300 QR and potential for regular performance-based promotions. The Barista will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, including making drinks, stocking products, taking orders, providing excellent customer service and upholding store procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare, cook, present and serve food and beverages accurately and professionally

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness regulations

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all store personnel

• Use the POS system accurately and efficiently

• Communicate customer feedback
