Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our rapidly growing organization in Doha. The successful Secretary will be responsible for a variety of administrative, secretarial, and customer service duties.

Demands for the Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent
• Preferably, but not necessarily, a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English language
• Great organizational and multitasking skills
• Pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Proficient using computers, including Microsoft Office and other business related software
• Interpersonal skills and a customer service attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
